The Slidepack is our patent-pending, original design that organizes and securely houses the office equipment included with the Ramble Destination Travel Trunk. It fits neatly into one-half of the luggage and is made from high-density EVA foam and rigid PP board. This construction minimizes impacts and protects your office equipment from damage, ensuring that your work essentials remain safe and intact during travel.

The Ramble Destination Travel Trunk is designed to streamline your travel experience by allowing you to carry your full office setup in one half and your personal items in the other. This innovative design means you have everything you need for work and enjoy your travels in one organized, secure, and easily accessible place.

The Ramble Destination Travel Trunk is designed to comply with the size restrictions of 62 major airlines, with dimensions of 61.5 linear inches (156 linear cm). This ensures that your luggage meets most airline requirements, giving you peace of mind when traveling. The trunk is also designed to stay within the weight limits for checked luggage, although the final weight will depend on the amount you pack. Always be mindful of your packed contents to ensure compliance with your specific airline's weight restrictions.

The Ramble Destination Travel Trunk weighs 28 lbs when unpacked. Most airlines have a weight restriction of 50 lbs for checked luggage on economy flights. This means you have 22 lbs available for your office setup and personal items. If your packed trunk exceeds 50 lbs, you may incur additional fees from the airline. We recommend being mindful of this weight limit when packing to avoid extra charges.

To set your own combination for the first time, follow these steps:

  • Rotate the dials to the initial combination. (000) or (999)
  • Once the latches are opened. Locate the switch labeled A and B on the back of each lock. Flip the switch from A to B to reset the code.
  • Select your desired combination by adjusting the dials.
  • Flip the switch back from B to A. Remember to note your new combination.

if you need to change the combination again, repeat these steps.

There are two options to get into your luggage if you have forgotten the combination for your Destination Travel Trunk.

1. Try every combination from 000 - 999 on both the dial locks. Once they are open you can reset the combination using the steps above.

2. Alternatively if you are not in a rush to access your suitcase you can Purchase a universal TSA key that can open the latches (002 TSA key)

The Ramble Destination Travel Trunk is designed for convenience and efficiency. You can securely store your office equipment in the designated compartment and leave it there until your next trip. When you're ready to travel, simply pack your personal items on the other side of the bag, and you're all set to start your journey. This "set-it-and-forget-it" approach ensures that your office essentials are always ready to go, making your travel preparations quick and hassle-free.

The Ramble Destination Travel Trunk offers ample space for your personal items, with over 3,100 cubic inches of storage on the designated side. This is comparable to the storage capacity of most carry-on luggage, ensuring you have plenty of room for your essentials while traveling.

Right-click on the desktop and select "Display settings" from the context menu.

In the Display settings window, you’ll see a graphical representation of your monitors, numbered (1, 2, 3, etc.).

Click and drag the monitor icons to arrange them according to your physical setup. For example, if your second monitor is physically to the right of your primary one, drag its icon to the right of the primary monitor.

Once you’ve arranged the monitors to your preference, click "Apply". Your changes should take effect immediately.

Ensure you have a Display Link adapter: If you’re using multiple monitors on a mac it requires a DisplayLink adapter. Something that we offer to our users as an add-on in the product offering. Ensure that the display link adapter is properly connected to your USB Hub and that the hub is connected to your laptop.

Download and install the DisplayLink firmware:

Visit the DisplayLink website to download the latest DisplayLink Manager for macOS.

Once downloaded, follow the on-screen instructions to install the DisplayLink software.

After installation, restart your Mac to ensure all drivers are correctly loaded.

Access display settings:

Click the Apple menu and select "System Settings" (or "System Preferences" on older macOS versions), then click "Displays".

Arrange your monitors:

In the Displays settings window, go to the "Arrangement" tab.

Here, you will see a representation of your monitors. Click and drag the monitor icons to arrange them to match your physical setup.

Make sure to match the layout to your desk setup. For example, if your second monitor is physically on the right, drag its icon to the right of the primary monitor.

Apply changes: Once you’ve arranged the monitors, the changes should take effect automatically. No need to press a separate “Apply” button.

We provide shipping to the contiguous United States, Canada, and Mexico. Our services also extend worldwide. Shipping expenses are determined at checkout automatically.

Shipping is Calculated at Checkout for orders shipping to the United States, Mexico, Canada, And international orders.

There is also expedited and express options available at checkout.

We will keep you informed at every stage, from purchase to post-delivery. You’ll receive emails confirming your order, notifying you when it’s being prepared and shipped (with tracking info), and a follow-up after delivery to ensure your satisfaction. Once you complete your purchase, your order immediately begins processing. Unfortunately, we do not offer a cancellation window, and changes cannot be made once the order is in progress.

Return and Exchanges

All Ramble luggage purchased directly from us is protected by a 2 year warranty, which is extended to the original owner.

The warranty covers:

  • Cracks or breaks in the shell
  • Wheels, handles, or telescoping handles that break off or become unusable
  • A broken frame

The warranty does not cover:

  • Cosmetic Damage: Scratches, dents, dings, scuffs, stains, color changes, normal wear and tear (including inner fabric), technological obsolescence, or other non-functional changes in appearance that occur during regular use and do not affect the functionality of the luggage.
  • Replacement of any non-defective parts
  • Damage caused by intentional abuse, modifications, tampering, or alterations beyond normal use and handling

In the event of a warranty claim:

Shipping and processing times may vary depending on availability. If a defective component cannot be repaired or replaced, we will provide you with a replacement piece of luggage. We guarantee that the replacement will be of equal or greater retail value than your original purchase. Replacement decisions are made at our discretion, and we reserve the right to decline a warranty claim.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Ramble purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return process within 30 days of your purchase date.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact. We do not accept returns on items that show signs of wear or damage.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt, is required to process a return.

  4. Refund Processing: Once we receive your return and confirm it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures that you receive the correct item quickly and without delay.

Defective or Damaged Items:

International Returns:

For returns from outside the United States, please contact us for specific instructions. Please note that return shipping costs and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer

Our office components are also backed by our two-year warranty. The warranty covers the cost of either replacing or repairing the defective component. This warranty covers defective office components but does not cover accidental damage or wear and tear.

Example of a defective office component: you receive our 13-1 USB C hub but the USB ports aren't functioning. This would fall under the 2-year warranty.

Defective or Damaged Items:
If your Ramble luggage arrives defective or becomes damaged through normal use, please contact us immediately at Customerservice@rambleofficeanywhere.com or via live chat. Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant photos of the damage.

Evaluation:
Our customer service team will evaluate your claim to determine if the issue is covered under our warranty. If approved, we will arrange for a replacement of the defective item.

Replacement Process:
Once approved, we will either repair the item or send a replacement of equal or greater value. Shipping times for replacements may vary depending on availability, and we will keep you informed throughout the process.

Exchanges:

Return the Original Item:
Follow our standard return process to send back the original item. The item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Place a New Order:
To ensure you receive the correct item quickly, we recommend placing a new order for the desired product while your return is being processed. This way, you don’t have to wait for the return to be completed before getting your new item.

Refund for Returned Item:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
