Eligibility for Returns:
- Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact. We do not accept returns on items that show signs of wear or damage.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt, is required to process a return.
Damaged Component
Our office components are also backed by our 1 year warranty. The warranty covers the cost of either replacing or repairing the defective component. This warranty covers defective office components but does not cover accidental damage or wear and tear.
Example of a defective office component: you receive our 7-1 USB C hub but the USB ports aren't functioning. This would fall under the 1-year warranty.

The warranty covers:
- Cracks or breaks in the shell
- Wheels, handles, or telescoping handles that break off or become unusable
- A broken frame
The warranty does not cover:
- Cosmetic Damage: Scratches, dents, dings, scuffs, stains, color changes, normal wear and tear (including inner fabric), technological obsolescence, or other non-functional changes in appearance that occur during regular use and do not affect the functionality of the luggage.
- Replacement of any non-defective parts
- Damage caused by intentional abuse, modifications, tampering, or alterations beyond normal use and handling
In the event of a warranty claim:
